Nuevo Acuerdo de Jubilaci\u00f3n Parcial y Actualizaci\u00f3n Salarial<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

En este FEUSO Informa La Rioja<\/strong> os anunciamos la firma del segundo acuerdo de acceso a la jubilaci\u00f3n parcial<\/strong> para el profesorado en pago delegado. Estar\u00e1 vigente del 1 de septiembre de 2025 al 31 de diciembre de 2027<\/strong>, y permite acogerse a esta modalidad durante los dos \u00faltimos a\u00f1os de vida laboral<\/strong>, trabajando el 28\u202f% de la jornada completa (7 horas lectivas)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Entre los requisitos necesarios: jornada completa<\/strong>, 33 a\u00f1os cotizados<\/strong> y 6 a\u00f1os de antig\u00fcedad<\/strong> en el centro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Como novedad destacada, el relevista ser\u00e1 contratado de forma indefinida y a tiempo completo<\/strong>, lo que genera un sobrecoste que asumir\u00e1 la Consejer\u00eda. Desde FEUSO valoramos muy positivamente esta medida por la rapidez y responsabilidad con la que se ha gestionado, frente a otras CCAA donde a\u00fan no hay soluci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Incremento Salarial de Agosto y Nuevos Avances Sindicales<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

La n\u00f3mina de agosto<\/strong> incluye la \u00faltima subida salarial de 2024<\/strong>, correspondiente al 0,5\u202f% adicional<\/strong> ligado al IPC armonizado del trienio. Con ello, la subida total acumulada en 2024 alcanza el 2,5\u202f%<\/strong> respecto a las retribuciones de 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Este nuevo incremento, aunque llega con retraso, se abona con car\u00e1cter retroactivo desde enero de 2024<\/strong>. No supondr\u00e1 una gran cantidad, pero ser\u00e1 un peque\u00f1o alivio para afrontar el mes de septiembre. Si tienes dudas sobre los c\u00e1lculos, puedes consultarnos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Queda pendiente el incremento salarial de 2025<\/strong>, a\u00fan sin aprobar, que deber\u00e1 resolverse a trav\u00e9s de un acuerdo del Consejo de Ministros<\/strong> ante la falta de Presupuestos Generales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por otro lado, tambi\u00e9n se ha firmado esta semana el nuevo acuerdo de permanentes sindicales<\/strong> para los pr\u00f3ximos cuatro a\u00f1os. USO ha sido el \u00fanico sindicato que ha aumentado su representatividad<\/strong> y, por tanto, su n\u00famero de liberados, consolid\u00e1ndose como el sindicato mayoritario en la ense\u00f1anza concertada de La Rioja<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
