publicado en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial del Estado el Real Decreto 126\/2026, por el que se actualiza el Salario M\u00ednimo Interprofesional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde FEUSO La Rioja consideramos necesario aclarar un aspecto importante sobre su aplicaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tal y como recoge el art\u00edculo 3 de la norma, el aumento del SMI puede integrarse mediante los mecanismos de compensaci\u00f3n y absorci\u00f3n respecto a los complementos salariales previstos en los convenios colectivos, siempre que la retribuci\u00f3n anual total alcance, al menos, la cuant\u00eda m\u00ednima establecida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la pr\u00e1ctica, esto implica que la subida del SMI no conlleva necesariamente un incremento efectivo del salario en todos los supuestos, ya que, cuando el c\u00f3mputo anual ya supera el nuevo m\u00ednimo legal, los complementos pueden neutralizar esa diferencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde FEUSO La Rioja realizaremos un seguimiento de la aplicaci\u00f3n del
