La exposici\u00f3n del ponente ( Roberto Cort\u00e9s, secretario de organizaci\u00f3n y acci\u00f3n sindical de FEUSO La Rioja) y los ejercicios propuestos han puesto el foco en estrategias que podemos aplicar a diario para cuidarnos y evitar caer en trampas cognitivas que minan nuestro bienestar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:0px;\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image
